D.C. (Da capo) al Fine - "Da Capo" means "to the top", or to the beginning. "al Fine (FEE-nay)" means "until the end". When you get to the D.C. al Fine, go back to the beginning and play until you see "Fine". That's where you end! You will notice the double-bar line there as well.
